On January 1, 2026 at 10am, over 110 people gathered with us at Compo Beach in Westport, CT, to take on our 10th Annual New Yearβs Day Polar Plunge.
Special thanks to Hometown Deli & Speedy Donuts for their generous donations to celebrate, and to everyone who braved the cold with us :)

January 1st β’ 10:00 AM β’ Compo Beach, Westport, CT
Ring in the New Year with a splash! Join us for the 10th Annual Polar Plunge at Compo Beach: a community tradition that began a decade ago with my dad, Steve, as a fun and spirited way to welcome the year ahead. Though he is no longer with us, we proudly keep the tradition alive as a free, open, family-friendly community event celebrating fresh starts and new beginnings.
Whether you want to take the plunge, cheer on the brave souls, or lend a hand as a volunteer, we would LOVE for you to be part of this special morning. Bring your friends, family, and all the good vibes as we kick off the year together⦠cold water, warm hearts, and unforgettable memories.
